every ~2 minutes. A green tile means the provider reports no active incident — not
a guarantee. The Crowd-reported connectivity issues and Network performance
sections are separate: they come from opt-in speed tests (ISP + speeds
only, never your IP or location), not from provider status. We cover the dev / cloud /
SaaS / fintech / AI ecosystem; consumer utilities, telcos and banks that don't publish
machine-readable status are out of scope by design.
